Sports Neuroscience

The Sports Neuroscience Research Group aims to improve diagnostics, therapy and return-to play for athletes after head impacts and to advance the vestibular-ocular-motor-cognitive performance of elite athletes.

The research projects of our interdisciplinary team are based on extensive clinical experience in the specific diagnostics and successful therapy of the various complaints, signs and symptoms of concussion or other head injuries in athletes from many different sports.

Further, we will continue to contribute to guidelines and consensus statements and to the development of new technologies for an optimal management of patients after head injury.
